PROCESS / 01
Design and manufacture of die-casting dies, stamping dies and progressive dies, with mold-flow simulation and tool tryout.
PROCESS / 02
Die-casting equipment from 400 to 1,250 tonnes, supported by central melting, degassing and casting finishing.
PROCESS / 03
18 large hydraulic presses and more than 40 small and medium pneumatic presses, supported by progressive stamping lines.
PROCESS / 04
Roll forming, tube bending, laser cutting, CNC bending and flame cutting for profiles and small-batch metal fabrication.
PROCESS / 05
84 CNC machines, including five-axis machining centers and CNC lathes, supported by an automatic cleaning line.
PROCESS / 06
19 arc-welding robot stations, supported by robotic spot welding, resistance welding and projection welding.
PROCESS / 07
Shot-blast pretreatment, electrophoretic coating, powder coating and automatic painting, supported by a coating-test laboratory.
PROCESS / 08
Sub-assembly, inspection, packaging and shipment, supported by steel and wood packaging production lines.
